Worked out my back on Saturday.
Lat pulldowns, low rows, machine incline rows, deadlifts, shrugs.
I felt a twinge in my back while shooting hoops afterwards, it went away rather quickly.
I later did laundry and when i was loading clothes into the dryer, the left side of my back went out. Was in pain for the rest of Saturday and Sunday.

Today I feel a whole lot better, but i'm definitely not 100%, and normally today is chest day. Should I skip it and let my back rest for another day?
I kinda don't want to because I'm in the best shape in years... :hs:

dont lift again until you are feeling 100% better.

if you REALLY injure yourself, you will be out of the gym for much longer than if you just let the muscle heal for a few days.

I fucked my neck in the beginning of summer doing legs and the next day it felt OK, so I went to the gym and reinjured it again doing military presses... My neck hurt for a month after just from doing the slightest lifting without my head on a pad/bench. I wish I had taken a week off and let it heal after the first tweak.
