So, I've been trying different multi's for 30 days or so at a time trying to really see if there's a difference among them...

    What do you guys use?

I'm contemplating ordering some animal paks - anyone use these and have an opinion one way or another if they're worth it? They look pretty $$$ compared to others...

If you eat right you won't need one IMO. I never noticed a difference between taking them vs not taking them.

But when I do take one, I usually get AST Multi-Pro 32x or One a Day Men's depending how ballin' I'm feeling at the moment.

I just use the Costco Kirkland ones. 300 count for like $13.

I eat pretty well, and now that I have a vegetable/fruit juicer I am sure I'm getting sufficient amounts of vitamins and nutrients.

However, I mostly take it for the calcium/vit D since I am lactose intolerant and don't get much dairy in my diet. I figure the rest are just extras.

There was a thread not too long ago with lots of studies saying most multis are pretty much useless (like 15% absorption). The good ones obviously cost a lot more.

Most people here take one regardless I think.

what would you expect to see from a multi its not a stim. if you find a multi that uses natural vitamins vs sythetic you should be good.

Wow. According to that, the Kirkland Costco ones I use are only 5.2% effective and rank 416th out of 500 something!! Not good I guess, lol.

I wonder what the prices are on the top 8 that made the cut.

I take them, no idea if they are worth it but it makes my pee this awesome yellow color.

  18. I take Orange Triad and I do notice a difference taking it. That's because of the other things in it like the joint support formula and the minerals they put in it which makes it like you're taking ZMA. I tried Animal Pak before, I prefer OT
