    People, including myself get confused about all the different acronyms and shortnames for things here. Can we build a glossary?

    1RM- One Rep Max
    BB = Bodybuilder/building
    Deadlift Hitch- the act of using your thighs to help assist the weight up to the final position.
    DOMS- Delayed onset muscle soreness
    DW- Diesalweasal?
    ED- Everyday
    EOD- Every Other Day
    HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training
    PCT- Post Cycle Therapy
    PL = Powerlifter/lifting
    ROM- Range of Motion

    feel free to add more
