As many of you know im a professional photog specializing in event, sports, and automotive photography.

This weekend was quite special for me, as i got to conduct a test shoot for Zero G LLC. Its a company that specializes in Parabolic flight, used by NASA to train astronauts in Zero Gravity environments. It was a great experience, and ill be able to do it again in the future.

I must see being in a weightless environment iis definitely a unique and disorienting experience, it took me about 7 "drops" before i was able to settle enough to shoot while looking through the viewfinder, lol.

Anyway im sure you just want to see the pics. So here you go.

the plane inclines and then declines at a specific rate of speed, and it causes zero gravity. Look up parabolic flight for more details.

just think of it as skydiving, except you're inside a container.

Thats a very very wrong statement.

Ive been skydiving and its a completely different feeling all together. I mean its completely different. With Skydiving i felt a freefall sensation. In this i felt nothing of the sort. It was 2 positive g's then nothing, felt like floating in water, but without the water.

Man, I'm so jealous. I love flying and anything to do with space but $5k? Yikes. You should tell them you want to do a re-shoot in March and need a 2nd shooter :x:
