Taken with Tokina 11-16 at f/8 and 1/500.

I couldn't get much closer, as to risk being run over by the glider. I could have switched lens to make a tighter frame, but I wanted to show the whole valley.

I feel I made the colors stand out kind of nice. What do you think? Any tips?

lens had a UV rodenstock filter on

haze in the valley is pretty visible :(

Anytime I am shooting outdoors I have a circular polarizer on. Really helps

well, he did say he wanted them to POP OUT. :dunno:

I don't care for the blown out highlights, but I don't think they're going to be fixable without considerable amount of time.

if i could shoot that scene again, i think i would have prefered like the 50 1.8 and shot it at a bigger aperture that blurred the background slightly, but still able to make it out.

if you guys ever get a chance, def visit Austria. so beautiful
