250 hp turbo
0-60 in 6 seconds
I kinda like it!
Fantastic styling, and it's got a great new engine now.
I'm a fan.
ooooh dual exhaust. looks amazing on the outside, console is jumbled with buttons
doesn't saab have a rep for making shitty cars?
Its kind of a suburu now....so no.
there good stable cars, though i would get one with the nav system. the normal ICM's are crap. this i know for working in a dealership.
The 9-3 has nothing to do with Subaru.
that is the 92-X the 9-3 is still primarly Saab.
I was going to say...
Actually, upon closer examination, I'm a big fan.
Is it AWD too?
No Viggen, no care.
that is yummy!
From what I've read:
Poor handling, bad interior layout, not so great fit and finish, and poor reliability. Good brakes, nice engine.
I actually like the way they look and drive pretty nice IMO (a little stiff, but not bad). Never owned one through so can't speak to reliablity....
I hate the interior with that many buttons.
i'm a big fan of buttons. I love the complicated look of the interior. The reason Saab does it like that is to copy the look of a cockpit in an airplane.
at least it is tastefully done, unlike the early 90's Pontiac's, and the 89 olds cutlass i had in highschool
i agree, those old GM interiors were terrible. I'm convinced blind people designed them
volvo > saab
I love them, except I still don't really like the grey molding.
anybody else think it looks like a pontiac GTO or a Holden Monaro?
I know its a GM so it could be same platform.
its based on the epsilon platform, and before you say its a shitty platform remember that it was designed by Saab engineers in Sweden and GM used it on their other cars afterwards. The platform was designed with the 9-3 in mind and adapted to other GM models afterwards.
