    Yeh sorry :o

I definetly feel like im getting slightly 'bigger', im stronger no doubt. Im just trying to keep my eye on my BF. People telling me to double the food, why would i? Im putting on weight on 3500c, so more would just be excessive right now i think. You don't expect to put on serious bulk over night, plus i know my diets not perfect, i dont cook the food for my household every nite.

I think now im beggining to look like someone who works out, were before, i didnt.

you're making nice progress. I'd keep doing what you're doing now, til it slows down, then up the cal's.

Dramatic diet changes are never a smart move.

I'd say you put on a decent amount of muscle, but with your arms/camera covering 90% of your upper body, it's hard to tell...

That's fucking fast. 4 lbs a month would be a better goal IMO even though you're scrawny as fuck. 4lbs seems slow to some but 4 month every month would mean 48 lbs in a year, which isn't sensible for most of us...

BTW, how can you just have 1 serving of tuna with 15g of protein or 2oz serving of chicken? A can of tuna = 2.5 servings, or 42-45g of protein... and a 2oz serving is like 1/4 of a boneless breast (average 6-8oz)

Simple, i cut the chicken up into 3oz peices to freeze, the Tuna comes in little 75g cans. So yeh.

I'm mid through this weeks completely new routines, proper dips/pullups kill, hopefully the results will be worth it.
