OT recommend me a shoulder workout

    I am 6'2", 210 lbs. I don't really have a regular routine, but started going to the gym again regularly a few months ago, at least every other day (usually 4-5x a week). I mainly focus on benching, incline press, shoulder press, and pullups. I need to get my shoulders bigger though as my arms and chest are decent size but my shoulders are comparatively kinda small. Help me OT.

    This is what I do:

    Warm up:

    Side Laterals 5x15/12/10/10/8
    Reverse DB Flyes 4x12/10/10/8
    Seated DB/Barbell Press 4x10
    Barbell Shoulder Shrugs 5x12

    Tell me what you think of that, my shoulders feel great after this workout

    This is what I do, but sometimes I'll add front raises.

    front raises/side laterals make me :wtc:

    but i just force myself to do them :hsd:

    I think I do too much
    DB Press
    BB Press (been doing smith :hsugh:)
    front db raises
    side db raises
    i do dips cuz i like them.
    reverse machine flys
    shrugs
    hammer strength press.

    i keep meaning to get on a leg routine but it just never ends up happening :dunno:

    sometimes upright rows 3x10-12

    side raises
    reverse db flys
    db press
    db shrugs
    bb shrugs
    upright rows

    also when you do side db raises do you all keep your arms perfectly straight or curve them a bit? ive seen it done both ways.

    I do it once a week

    here's how my workout schedule looks like:

    Sunday: Off day
    Monday: Arms (triceps/biceps)
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: Chest
    Friday: Shoulders
    Saturday: Off day

    Do it man, it's like it supercharged my whole body. :bigthumb: Plus I can flex and have MUSCLE there!

    It changes every week.

    Like this last week

    Smith machine front press
    4x15 ss with arnold press
    Standing side laterals with cable to the front
    3x7 then from behind 3x7 ss with eachother
    Then bent over flies ss with high cable reverse flies 4x12 for both as they are both ss.

    Thats it.

    Thread helped alot I needed to add one more shoulder workout to my routine. Gonna add front raises
