OT recomend me some DB workouts

    hey guys can someone recommend me some good exercises to do with some dumbells. and also can you guys tell me how many sets of each and how many times a week i should do those exercises.
    yea im no broly crew i just want to start doing some exercises to have some pretty decent shoulders/arms. i know i know db's can only do so much

    read the stickies bro, everything you need to know. that's the absolute best help you will get if you just started weight lifting, don't rely on curls to get you big either, you need a good diet/routine and detication :)

    thanks for the info. yea im not depending on curlts to get me big or anything just wanted to see what routines were good to do with them :)

    How heavy are your DB's? adjustable? what's their limit?




    You can do DB deadlifts + variations, squats + variations, shoulder press, bench press, lateral raises, tricep extensions, curls, rows, pullovers, shrugs, flys



    the list goes on. All you need to do some of that is a bench, and you can probably build a makeshift one if you can't get one.

    I got some 15s and 20s but yea im looking at getting 2 of those adjustable ones that go up to like 60 I believe.
    another question how often should i do them? every other day?

    whatever you like, but you need minimum 48 hours rest between working the same muscles.
