I just want something that's the size of an average backpack so I can take it on the plane with me on my trip to Spain. Basically I want a separate "camera" section that can hold a few lenses and then places I can hold other things:x:

I have the Lowepro Fastpack 350, it's godly. Notebook pocket, camera section with space for a body+70-200 2.8 and 4 lenses, and a big section for everything else, fits about a football and is small enough to carry on.

I had the Slingshot AW200 but it got full so my friend who doesn't have as much stuff as me traded her Expedition 5 with me. My suggestion would be to get something with two straps (the one strap idea got annoying fast). The Expedition 5 is pretty sweet, it carries:

    D80
    12-24
    85 1.8
    50 1.8
    18-70
    70-300
    SB24
    SB800
    Small old-school Canon flash

And a bunch of misc. stuff (it has a lot of little pockets). I would def. recommend it

I just bought a lowepro rover plus, it's awesome

I can fit all my camera gear + a change of clothes and whatever else I pick up when I go backpacking, and still have room left

Well I ended up going for the Lowepro Fastpack 350 because of the side opening pouch so I can quickly take my camera out. The extra space isn't as big as I would like it to be but it's as big as it will get without me spending more than I really want to.

I'm looking for a Burton Zoom. They are a little pricey, but I want a pack that doesn't scream 'photo gear' steal me.
