I am 20 years old, 5'6" (midget status I know)

Anyways I have been bulking officially for 3 weeks, almost a month now.

I ended Fire Academy end of March, through that I lost TONS of muscle mass, but lost tons of fat too, so needless to say I took advantage and all spring/summer I ran a low fat/low sugar diet, I still lifted and took my supplements, got some lean mass back but did not put much weight back on due to the lower caloric intake and my excessive cardio sessions.

Needless to say I got fucking bored of 150 lbs, I was 148 the day I graduated the Academy :mamoru:

It does not sound like a lot, so flame me if you wish, but I am 160-162 today. I started my higher calorie/bulking diet 3 1/2 weeks ago...I am taking in 220-240 g protein per day (split meals of course), 2300-2500 calories per day (may not sound much, but I AM gaining off of it, so no need to up the intake JUST yet), I am currently taking my ON :o shakes, MetRX Size on Gainer shake, Fish Oil and my multi. I think I will grab some CEE or try Monohydrate for a change in a week or 2.

My diet pretty much looks like this:
Breakfast : Bagel with Philly cream cheese / 2 scoops ON Whey(in water)
Mid Morning : Piece of fruit with Publix Yogurt
Lunch : A high protein/higher calorie lunch ( either a meatball sub, chicken or a foot turkey sub with double meat...but sometimes I eat half for lunch and the other half 2 hours later)
Mid Afternoon/Pre Workout : MetRx Size on Gainer Shake 1 hour pre workout
Post Workout Dinner : Either a steak or 3 chicken cutlets with rice and/or potatoes and a piece of fruit.
Late Evening: another 2 scoop ON shake (in water)

Soemtimes I wake up midway through my sleep and slam some milk or make a scoop of ON.

Critique my diet please, I can use more ideas, but I have seen size and strength gains in a short amount of time.

Here is a pic from June .I pretty much stayed this size from March until July until I just started bulking about a month ago....@ about 150 lbs. :hsugh:

    Here I am today @ 161 lbs....(ibyouarestilltinyandweighasmuchasmyleg):

I am trying to focus a bit more on my chest and legs (training legs twice a week, it has become my new favorite day)

Critique me as you wish, flame as you may ... I do not care. But I WOULD appreciate helpful comments or additions to my diet/training, etc...

Thanks. I definately have better genetics for lats and traps than I do anything. I REALLY am trying to get my chest and quads to grow. I don't want to be some topheavy faggot with no legs.

you have a really long torso. i envy the fact that you can bulk on 2300 and still be over 160. i drop below 160 if i go under 3500 cals

What do a lot of you guys like post workout with your shakes/meals? I know its good to have high glycemic carbs in there for recovery...

protein blend, in milk, and i eat 1/2 cup of oats.

it may be marginally more optimal to use something like a mix of dextrose and malto but it's minor , i'm hungry when i'm done lifting, and i'd rather eat something.

Same, I pig the fuck out on a meal rich in protein and carbs. Meal>Shake, unless I wont be around food for a while I just slam a shake and a banana.

Your back is your for sure your strong point. Sounds like you already know what you need to do/work on. Good work and keep it up. Personally, I would cut out the bread and sugars, keep the carbs low glycemic except post workout and up the protein to 300+ grams per day. Remember, if you want to be a 200 pound man then you gotta eat like one. Anyway, just a suggestion.
