    this doesnt make sense to me:

    220

    Henry Gerard: 320, 242.5, 292.5, 855

    Broderick Chaves: 317.5, 182.5, 235, 735

    Larry Aldridge, Jr: 272.5, 177.5, 242.5, 692.5


    does that mean, for example, Henry Gerard's squat max 1 rep was 320, bench was 242.5, deadlift was 292.5?

    that seems awful low for someone @ 220lbs.

    and as i post that, i see it's KG's not lbs. :uh:

    now if i just knew the conversion from KG's to Lbs.
