Well, I currently weigh 207 pounds I am 5'11''. I'm looking to lose weight. Especially my beer gut, but I've heard you can't spot reduce. What do you think would be a good program for me? For the past 2 weeks I have been eating a granola bar for breakfast, a tuna or chickensalad sandwich on wheat bread for lunch and glass of sweet tea, and usually a salad w/grilled chicken or grilled shrimp for dinner. Been playing about an hour of basketball a day. I've never really lifted seriously before but I have a little bench in a spare room. The excersizes available on the bench are preacher curls, bench press, butterflies and something for your legs.. I'm thinking about lifting a little more because I heard it eats up calories. Would situps help with the fat on my stomach at all? Are butterflies a good thing to do?
