What should I eat? I know 6 times a day. My normal weight was around 180 now i'm 210 :wtc:. I need to get back down to that weight fast. I actually tried eating one meal a day but i have not seen any weightloss probably due to my body thinking its starving. Whats some good tricks to make your body think your getting a full meal? Only full meal I eat is dinner and will not change that.

I guess when school starts I will start grilling chicken breast and fish on a weekly basis so class permitting the lunch can contain chicken or fish.

my schedule 5:45 wake up caffeine ephedrine and yohimbine shower: Breakfast: 2 eggs
    10:30: Protein shake
12: Ehphedrine, caffeine, yohimbine; and fish oil. Maybe tuna pack or chicken time permitting
    2: another protein shake
    4/5: regular dinner
    8/9: ?
Bedtime IS this decent? Should I mix the protein with water or milk. I have been doing it with water.

I was 175 then out of nowhere probably stress related or god knows what didn't change any life-style habits jumped up to 210. My ideal weight is to get back down too 175. I can also post progress pics if anyone wants to guide me along the way.
As of now my body is worthless I ruined it with my old diet. Give it a week or two with the new diet and I should be back into normal work out routine consisting of 4 days a week. As of now i'm just doing crunches push ups and playing basketball anytime possible.

Drink a glass of juice in the AM, right when you wake up.

Couple hours later, have a bunch of fruit.

    Lunchtime, eat a good meal.

Mid afternoon snack, a light dinner, and maybe something at night if it's mainly protien (mix up some tuna and salsa or something, eat with a couple crackers)

Get off your ass and exercise.

    rinse and repeat

For someone trying to go from 210 down to 180, I think something easy to start is gonna be much more effective than a carefully calculated, strict regimen, and more likely to stick with it to boot. Thanks for explaining yourself tho, we all got tons of valuable information out of your post.

Oh definitely... that should be incorporated with lunch and dinner, and maybe something at night (possibly a shake too). If he's working out I could see that, but if he just makes sure to get a decent amount of meat at lunch and dinner he'll be much better off.

That's what I used to do. You get busy during the day, and you realize at the end that you started with good intentions, but ended up not eating breakfast, cramming whatever you could get quick for lunch, and getting home at 7pm hungry as hell.

Not the best for nutrition, definitely going to affect your body and any exercise you're trying to accomplish.

Nothing wrong with sugar, especially in the morning. Hydration & sugars is what your brain needs to get going.

And where did he say he refused to eat a good lunch, snack, etc?

If you only have time to eat one meal a day you need to reevaluate your life. I have friends that are working 100+ hrs a week iBanking and still eat 4-5 meals a day. take an hour out of your life and premake your meals for the week. bring a cooler to work.

if i work out in the morning, i'll have some fruit and then a shake as soon as i'm done (big breakfasts before working out = :barf: for me). then, i'll have some fruit between meals and stuff, but you're right "a buncha fruit" as a meal = :nono:
