What should I eat? I know 6 times a day. My normal weight was around 180 now i'm 210 . I need to get back down to that weight fast. I actually tried eating one meal a day but i have not seen any weightloss probably due to my body thinking its starving. Whats some good tricks to make your body think your getting a full meal? Only full meal I eat is dinner and will not change that. I guess when school starts I will start grilling chicken breast and fish on a weekly basis so class permitting the lunch can contain chicken or fish. my schedule 5:45 wake up caffeine ephedrine and yohimbine shower: Breakfast: 2 eggs 10:30: Protein shake 12: Ehphedrine, caffeine, yohimbine; and fish oil. Maybe tuna pack or chicken time permitting 2: another protein shake 4/5: regular dinner 8/9: ? Bedtime IS this decent? Should I mix the protein with water or milk. I have been doing it with water. I was 175 then out of nowhere probably stress related or god knows what didn't change any life-style habits jumped up to 210. My ideal weight is to get back down too 175. I can also post progress pics if anyone wants to guide me along the way. As of now my body is worthless I ruined it with my old diet. Give it a week or two with the new diet and I should be back into normal work out routine consisting of 4 days a week. As of now i'm just doing crunches push ups and playing basketball anytime possible.
