So I was arm wrestling some fat fuckers a few days ago and now I have what feels like a HORRIBLE case of doms in my bicep only.

I can move it fine but any type of load on it brings on a dull deep pain.

Any advice? Ive been cycling ice and heat so far.

Anybody have any info on how to decide if this is a muscle tear or not? Besides an expensive mri etc?

Left bicep doesnt hurt too bad until I put any type of load on it then it acts up quickly. Injury happened 4.5 days ago.

Been 9 days, went the doctor today. Whats left of my injury has manifested as moderate-severe elbow tendonitis. Cant lift upper body at all till it heals.

Anybody have any further advice? Ceaze?
