    does it have to be a honda?

    judging from your price range in your other thread, you can afford a lot of different cars. i think a toyota all-trac celica would be a good choice. not overdone, but still has a decent aftermarket.

    or get a lexus, bag it, put big shiny wheels on, and call it a day. the vip thing is catching on fast.

    doesnt have to be a honda really what im looking for is something 97 and up with 60k miles around there and relatively quick and easy to mod

    hmm... there aren't many cheap sports cars around that era. you may be best off with a honda. i still think if you looked around for a while, you could find a decent lexus. save up more money and put in a jdm low mileage 1jz or something and you'll be set. can't beat luxury and style combined with realatively easy power.

    scion tC maybe? Easy to mod...very practical on price, Toyota reliability.

    If I had to choose out of those, I'd go with RSX. it's got more power than the others while still retaining the customibility that the hondas have. not to mention they are really clean and nice looking both inside and out.
