ot i fucked up my arm :wtc:

    yesterday i was doing some dumbell incline bench presses and i picked up the weight and i kind of lost balance on it and it fell back a little and i kept on holding it, well it twisted my arm funny for a second before i could balance it again

    sooo now my left shoulder is killing like a bitch!!! if i put any stress on teh shoulder it kills...any advice?

    Ahhhhhhhh you probably have a slight tear....I would lay off it for awhile.....It really depends on how far of an angle your arm went out of range of safe motion....

    it didnt twist that bad, it was just like a few inches and it came back up after a fraction of a second and then i just dropped the weight

    What is your swelling like and is there any discolorization?

    no swelling at all and no discolorization aswell,

    it just hurts when i move the joint like my shoulder, or i put any stress on my shoulder....doesnt even hurt if i squeeze the deltoid, its just when i move the bone inside

    ice and a few max doses of motrin all day. lay off it for a week

    ice AT LEAST 3 times a day, 20 minutes per session

    if it doesnt get any better go to a doctor

    Sounds like the problem I used to have, your shoulder sucks, do some rotator cuff work and concentrate on shoulders a bit more.
