OT hows my progress?

    I haven't lost to much weight about 15 pounds but i've gain alot of strength.

    if that's literally 1 month, it looks like quite a bit of progress.

    Yea i was surprised but alot of Ot said i'd gain msucle rapidly and I have. Eating alot more healthy drinking protein shakes lots of water. I'm currently repping 300 on deadlift and 225+ on bench. Right now i'm sitting at 165/168 pounds was around 180.

    You've lost 15 pounds in a month? Seems to me you would have lost some muscle mass at that rate.

    Very good progress for a month. Would you please post how you lost the weight and your current routine?

    Well first off I'm eating a lot more celery. Been eating only 2 eggs for breaksfast then 2 peanut butter on wheat with celery . Shit load of water. Then protein shake after working out mixed with 6 ounces of 1%. Thats pretty much i,t haven't ate anything else except chicken and stuff for dinner. I haven't really cheated at all. Been going to the gym haven't been really doing cardio. But one thing i've been doing is instead of taking abreak inbetween sets i would go work on the muscle that is opposite of what i'm doing for my break. Say i'm doing dumb bell bench i would do back rows for the break in between the sets. Then one or 2 seconds after that i'd be doing my bench again. Confusing but it works i guess

    edit current routine:

    monday
    3x8 dumb bell bench 80 pound dumb bells
    3X8 seated row
    3X8 dumb bell military press
    3X8 lat pull down

    tuesday:
    Squat 3x8 250 last time but my knees have been bothering me
    then abs
    calf raises 3x8 i don't know i just put alot fo 45's on
    abductors on the machine 3x8
    then lots of stretching

    wednesday break

    thursday incline bench with a machine
    forearms with the roll up machine
    then side raises and front raises

    friday deadlift 3x8 300 pounds i couldn't grip anymore weight
    leg extension
    and the other thing opposite of that
    then calf raises with no weight standing up

    Sorry don't know what everything is called just know it works just about every muscle then the cores takes care of the rests

    Breakfast 2 eggs lunch peanut butter and celery sandwhich or just turkey on wheat. then around 3 another turkey on whet or pb and celery then again at 6 then i have dinner which is usually a small one with decently healthy foods then work out then protein shake or if i work out in the morning protein shake then

    Interesting. Way to go if you can lose that much weight eating peanut butter.

    I am on the boiled chicken and cottage chesse diet. I have managed to lose 12 pounds in a month, but I have a long way to go. I was 180 when I left high school and was a whopping 212 in I left my first year at college. The cruise and unhealthy food courts really hit me hard.

    if you can bench 80 for dbs... id be suprised... doesnt really look like your chest could do it... or tris...

    Lol would you like video i don't knwo if my gym will allow for video cameras. Lol i get alot of looks when i reach for them, bc you are right my chest is tiny. I wasn't blessed with good looking chest genes. My dad actually looks like he has no chest. I don't know what i can do to prove it to you, but tell ya i can.

    i mean no offense or anything, i mean i dont have a huge chest or what not but i can bench 80s but my chest is bigger than yours lol....

    my friend's bis (he's at about 6%bf and 5'8"-5'9") are a lot bigger than mine but I can rep w/ more weight than him.

    i believe it... i cant really tell too much about his body, but i rep that and im really skinny. i have like no chest, and only half decent tris
