poop? seriously. since I started working out again a few months ago, I've increase my carb/protein intake so I eat like a horse, and poop like one too.. my poop schedule goes as follows; I have to rush to the bathroom right when I wake up, poop #1. Usually right when I start making breakfast, poop #2 hits me almost instantly once the I catch a scent of the food. Now I'm at work (your everyday office job 8-5) and almost everyday around 10:15 I have to poop again, right when I take my snack break.. that's #3. Take my lunch between 12:00 - 1:00, usually fine.. but as soon as I get back from lunch I have to poop again, that's #4. After the 4th I'm usually fine until I get home, barely.. usually have to rush to squeeze out #5, and then #6 before I go to bed. Is this normal?
