OT: How often do you..

    poop? seriously.


    since I started working out again a few months ago, I've increase my carb/protein intake so I eat like a horse, and poop like one too..

    my poop schedule goes as follows; I have to rush to the bathroom right when I wake up, poop #1. Usually right when I start making breakfast, poop #2 hits me almost instantly once the I catch a scent of the food.

    Now I'm at work (your everyday office job 8-5) and almost everyday around 10:15 I have to poop again, right when I take my snack break.. that's #3. Take my lunch between 12:00 - 1:00, usually fine.. but as soon as I get back from lunch I have to poop again, that's #4. After the 4th I'm usually fine until I get home, barely.. usually have to rush to squeeze out #5, and then #6 before I go to bed.

    Is this normal? :wtf:

    I go like 3-5 times a day. Good solid logs.

    Morning poop usually hits right after walking the dog.
    2nd poop is usually a coffee shit from work
    3 is a mid day poop, depends on what I've been eating if it happens or not
    I usually squeeze out a few kids before hitting the gym, #4
    5 is usually a PWO shit later in the night before bed.

    WTF!? 2 at the most and I supplement fiber. One solid one between 1400-1430 and maybe one in the morning bwcause of the coffee. However, both are usually clogers

    I would have one raw asshole if I did that.

    Every morning at around 8 is when it hits me. Like clockwork.

    Probably 2-4 times per day. Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

    There's always the first-thing-in-the-morning poop.
    Then usually a post-breakfast poop.

    The others vary - after morning snack, after lunch/pre-workout, or early evening after getting home from work.

    morning is when my shit hits hard. The first one is just the release from the night time. The 2nd is the one where it comes in loads and usually stinks.
