OT how is my bulking diet looking now?

    Ok, iv been putting some work into this, from the previous topic to try to fine tune the diet. How does it look now? :hs:

    Cliffs: Im 145 pound, 6'3' trying to bulk from going to the gym.

    i was eating over 400g carbs for a while and all it got me was bloated and flabby.

    I decreased my carb intake, lost 8 lbs, and looked leaner.



    Now I'm inbetween the two because I'm starting to lift again and I'm eating a shitload of carbs for the last week.

    I didnt even get negetive comments, i just decided i'd remove it :o.

    The thing which concerns me, is this is much more food then iv been use to, yet the website still recons im burning more then i consume.

    GOD DAMN!!! 145lbs at 6'3"!!!

    I was 155lbs at 6'3" when I started. Up to 209lbs now, just eat all you can get your hands on. Add some Creatine and Protien (two shakes daily, at least) to your daily diet and you will grow fast as long as you put in the work.

    Edit: Your diet is fairly shitty. You need calories Nigga. Add some eggs in the morning, and some steak at night.

    Throw In some Mcdonalds (or other fast food) every other day and it will do you well.

    You are almost eating enough food. ITs just the WRONG food. drop the tuna and salmon and add in some beef. You are eating low calorie shit. Think As high of calorie as possible.

    And for gods sake go buy some Pop tarts.

    There's no need to drop tuna/salmon... He just needs to add some fats to it to boost the cals (olive oil for example).

    So im not getting enough calories?

    One thing i didnt list, is the level of nuts in my diet. But your right it is too much fruit/vegies, versus other stuff high in protein.

    I thought fish is one of the best food possible for protein?

    aim for 200g of protein at least...dude you really need to simply be eating everything and anything u can get ur hands on...burgers, italian beef, steak with baked potato...lots and lots of beef!

    fish is good but it tends to be really low calorie. You need beef! Dont be scared of fats.

    Save the Tuna for when you are cutting.

    One of the biggest problems for me is the food served in my household.. There's simply not enough of it :hs: My mum is semi-vegan. Iv been trying to get some protein suppliments, like poppers etc. 30g of protein in 1 hit ftw.

    But tonight it looks like fried-rice with veggies... iv just been to the gym too :hs:
