    CHOLESTEROL 243
    TRIGLYCERIDE 175
    LDL CALCULATION 161

    After 12 weeks this day, I am now at:

    Weight: 136lbs
    Lost 2 inches in my waist, gained 2 inches in my chest.
    HDL 59
    CHOLESTEROL 177
    TRIGLYCERIDE 59
    LDL CALCULATION 106

    I am on a low-carb (almost none except for cereal) and high protein diet. Am I on the right track?
