OT, help me with my bulking diet?

    I just registered this morning, iv being working out in the gym properly for roughly 3-4 months. Im noticing serious difference in my muscle build, but the problem is im just not putting on enough weight.

    I'm new to this, i know 145 pounds is underweight for 6'3'. I'm worried to much excersise will be counter productive to my muscle growth. :hsd:

    I don't know if this is the completely correct list of food, but it would be pritty close. Could someone recomend some food to help put on muscle?

    BTW, should i give up swimming? I love it, but i know its just cutting into my bulking.

    For fucking christs sakes I could bulk with a better composition at fucking whataburger, atleast I may get some protein.

    Balance out your diet. Carbs make up most of it. Try to add a little bit more fat/protein and a little less carbs.

    Recomended household foods to get the protein in? I try to get plenty of milk, but yeh its difficult.

    So you can't have any gluten eh... that's a bitch. Sounds like your gonna have to load up on potatoes to get some decent carbs in ya. Does oatmeal have gluten in it? Thats a possibility as well.

    well fuck, does beef bother you, what about chicken? Gluten is mostly wheat products correct? drink milk, if you can, buy the whole type. If youa re shitting all your food out, nomattter what you eat, I don;t see how you could ever bulk cleanly, your asshole would be turned inside out by the pure volume of shit.

    most of your foods are nothing but carbs. Eat more meat and eggs. cook your eggs with olive oil. snack on nuts instead of ice cream bars.

    Correct, its mostly wheat products which effect me. Fish is fine, so nuts work well for this type of thing? Ok, iv got plenty of nuts, ditto eggs, do you recomend the egg yolk too, or just the white?

    Iv got the feeling the benefit of working out would go up if i could give my body more to work with. Its just so expensive to get the right foods.

    Would you recoment the 'protein milk' popper things the gym sells? They've supposidly got 25g of protein per serving.

    2. More chicken breast
    3. Check out NoQ's diet int he sticky up top. You gonna have to modfiy it a bit to exclude thigns you are sensitive for - jsut dont screw up the p/c/f ratio.

    NO, I recomend you go to bulk nutrition, and buy a ton of protein, On chocolate is verry bearable, Elite whey butter tofee is good, I don;t know about there other flavors liek chocolate or vanilla. In another sticky there is a promotion code for free shipping from bulk nutrition I recomend you use that.
