http://tinyurl.com/2ffxbt I just registered this morning, iv being working out in the gym properly for roughly 3-4 months. Im noticing serious difference in my muscle build, but the problem is im just not putting on enough weight. I'm new to this, i know 145 pounds is underweight for 6'3'. I'm worried to much excersise will be counter productive to my muscle growth. I don't know if this is the completely correct list of food, but it would be pritty close. Could someone recomend some food to help put on muscle? BTW, should i give up swimming? I love it, but i know its just cutting into my bulking.
