OT Help guess my max squat

    So I rarely max out on squats, tuesday I had a pretty diesel leg workout, and I started trying to translate my reps to a MAX.

    The routine was this...

    5 225 jump squats
    5 315 ass to grass squats
    5 405 parallel squates
    5 475 parallel
    5 315 jump squats

    3 x 10 lunges 225 per set

    power cleans
    2 x 5 185
    1 x 5 225

    hamstring curls
    3 x10 150

    calv raises
    3 x 10 4 plates
    2 x 10 2plates (1 leg)

    So what does OT guesstimate my squat max to be?

    I dont know, somewhere over 500. We honestly have no way of knowing, go for a 1 rep max one day and see what you can do.

    Got any pics or anything? Just warning you people like to call BS on new people around here.

    My 1 rep max as of maybe a year ago was 500 even, I had 5 plates and a 2.5 just for a round figure. At that point I couldn't rep 475 5 times either. Im thinking of maxing but I am having trouble getting a safe estimate so that I don't drop it. At the same time I want to do something so that when I'm done I don't feel like I wish I had tried more.

    oh and your max squat is around 551.5
