OT Help: Get in Shape Program

    I am 16
    I weight 176
    Medium build
    Access to a full gym 24/7 (my mom is a personal trainer
    and i swim 4 times a week off season competitive right now
    i also work as a caddy carrying bags up NY hills

    I have gain 15 punds since full season ended three months ago
    i'm not going to drink any soda or candy :mamoru:

    Help!

    I did, she gave me a work out program

    most of it revolves around working on a therapeutic ball to work on my core for balance and tone

    it also focuses alot on back and chest since i carry heavy bags all day

    I want to hear OT's suggest :bigthumb:

    That's not really a routine for someone who's never been in a gym before.
