    Patience dickhead.

Your caloric intake seems fine but it depends on what your goals are, your age, weight, your activity levels blah fucking blah.......

Dump a couple of your adhd tabs before you type the next post. That way hopefully you wont run out of patience before you finish the first sentence and you can give up a hint of information to work from.

edit: your fat intake looks to be too low actually. You probably want to aim around 40:40:20 or so and atm your ~50:40:10

    ~15% BF

basically going to try and drop to around 168 and clean bulk from there. Hopefully get down to maybe 12-13%.

i'm finding it kind of hard to get a lot of fat without packing on the carbs. i'm thinking getting a burger without the bun? it also doesn't help that i'm living in the dorms.

It's all about the calories... get your daily protein and fill in the rest of your calories with whatever you want.

low carbs forces the body to burn fat to make energy rather than using carbohydrates as the main source

This does'nt make sense to me.

The fat from a burger is like the worst kind of fat, and why would adding healthy fats increase your carb intake? :hsugh:

Polyunsaturated fats use to be a vitamin (Vitamin F) because they are absolutely essential (you can only get them through diet) and unlike monounsaturated and saturated fat they can't be utilised by your body from the rest of the food you eat.
When added fats you should probably get flax oil, cod liver oil, olive oil ect. Like add a tablespoon to each meal or something. Or eat oily fish like salmon. None of those really contain any carbs and is just all good fats :dunno:
