Ok, so when I first started working out, I was 135 lbs at 6'1". I am now 170 at 6'1-2". Sadly, I have no progress pics due to the fact that my old computer crashed  But I am quite pleased with the progress that I have made :wiggle:

Now, I just recently started talking with agencies about modeling :o and they said I have the height, and the look to do it, now I just need to get well defined. :noes: They don't want me getting much bigger. I know, I know "BUT you arent even that BIG!!!!:greddy:"

So basically, I want to get a lil bigger, but not too bulky, and be well defined. How do I go about doing this :o :hsd:
