OT F&N I need you once again!

    So, thanks to a lot of you guys and a lot of information from here I managed to loose 40 lbs. Compared to before I look GREAT. I went from a 38 to a 34 waist, use 36 cause 34 is still a little tight but if I wanted to, I could fit in them.


    I can post pictures of before and after if you guys want if so I will be doing that 2morow.

    Now I want to start putting on some muscle and bulk up a little bit so I was wondering if you guys have any tips on how to properly eat to do this or just things that worked for you and things that didn't.

    I have read the stickies and I know there is a really good workout routine there for building muscle while eating healthy, basically I want to get lean!

    I'll post pictures of b4 and after sometime 2morow (Friday Afternoon) and you guys can judge if I should continue to cut or start bulking and if so tips tips tips please!

    This last bit of fat is a pain in the ass to get rid of and IDK If I should just try to turn it into muscle or cut and gain again, idk F&N Help!!!!!

    can't turn fat into muscle.. I'd shed down and gain later... look at 90% of the people who "bulk".. they're all just a hair above skinnyfat because they have a little bit of muscle. fuck that.. might as well be shredded.

    btw, when you lose fat (other than liposuction), you're just shrinking the fat cells. they're still there...meaning it's gonna be a lot easier for you just to go back to being fat if you have a caloric surplus.

    Pur's routine is working good for me, the diet posted there is good all around for putting on muscle.

    That's really all you need to do to put on muscle IMO

    what was your actual diet and exercise routine you did to lose 40 lbs in however long it took you to do it. I have to lose 30 lbs in a few months. Great job though btw, dug this out of the archive looking for tips on how to do it.

    Swimming, biking, lifting, eating properly (a lot of help from here).


    oh yeah and got back into rugby
