So, thanks to a lot of you guys and a lot of information from here I managed to loose 40 lbs. Compared to before I look GREAT. I went from a 38 to a 34 waist, use 36 cause 34 is still a little tight but if I wanted to, I could fit in them. I can post pictures of before and after if you guys want if so I will be doing that 2morow. Now I want to start putting on some muscle and bulk up a little bit so I was wondering if you guys have any tips on how to properly eat to do this or just things that worked for you and things that didn't. I have read the stickies and I know there is a really good workout routine there for building muscle while eating healthy, basically I want to get lean! I'll post pictures of b4 and after sometime 2morow (Friday Afternoon) and you guys can judge if I should continue to cut or start bulking and if so tips tips tips please! This last bit of fat is a pain in the ass to get rid of and IDK If I should just try to turn it into muscle or cut and gain again, idk F&N Help!!!!! Thanks !
