OT F&N Crew: critique my weight loss shopping list.

    My brolycakes shopping list.

    Well, I went to the grocery, pretty much improvising, and bought what I thought would be healthy and fun.

    Here's my comprehensive list of groceries bought. I'm just posting this up to learn what I need to add/subtract/change.

    Fish Oil - 1000mg, made from fish skin, not liver.
    Tuna, 12 cans(On sale, of course)
    Watermelon, Pears, Kiwi, Raisins, Apples, Bananas
    4 Top Loin steaks
    1 Bag brown rice.
    4 assorted varieties of wheat and spinach pasta.
    2 Lean Pocket Ultras
    2 Bags european salad
    1 Spray Bottle Red Wine Vinegarette
    Quaker Fast Oats, 1 can.
    1 LB Lean turkey breast
    1 Jar natural peanut butter
    2 Doz eggs
    6 Bags of frozen veggies, no sauces or anything.
    1 Gal 1% Milk
    2 South Beach Diet wrap things(for quick lunches)
    2 Cottage Cheese, no fat
    2lb mixed nuts, unsalted, from the produce section
    2 packages of green tea.
    1 Bunch of Celery
    1 Loaf Reduced Fat Mixed Grain bread.
    Also, I already have 2 bags of Chicken Breast so I'm good there.

    Anything bad on that list I should change, and anything on that list that I should avoid

    Doesn't matter what you eat but how much of it you eat. But regardless, it looks pretty good.
