Wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this, but here goes: About a year ago, I started to get a sort of numbness of sorts in my left leg (sometimes right leg). It's mainly in my buttox and upper thigh area. Let me see if I can explain in better detail because it's not entirely "numbness," per se. I'm not sure if it's a skin, muscle, or nerve issue, but it becomes apparent when I'm sitting at work (I sit in a cube all day). The best way I can describe it is it feels like I've been sitting still in an airplane seat for ten hours, but it starts to feel like this about 10 minutes after sitting down. When I touch the skin, it feels slightly numb I guess, but it feels like like a muscle or nerve is acting up. WTF! Now, I'm a pretty skinny, bony person (5'10", 145 lbs) and have a bony a**. I currently don't do any leg exercises of any kind and don't really have access to a gym (currently in Qatar). However, if there are any stretches or whatever that I can do, I'm definitely willing to try, as it is borderline pain. I currently have to sit in my chair with one leg crossed under the other and switch every 5 minutes or so to even attempt to maintain my concentration. Help!
