I just moved into a new place and I need a new router. whats the best router for say a small condo with 2 PC's having a wired connection and maybe 1 or 2 laptops with a wireless connection + and Xbox 360/PS3. the PC's are used for gaming and the laptops for school/work/business I went on newegg to read some reviews but its kinda overwhelming.

I'd suggest Buffalo, but the FCC's mad at it and won't let it sell any more routers in the US. Try Netgear or SMC.

CSIRO owns the patent for 802.11 wireless products
    they sued Buffalo Technology
CSIRO won, and Buffalo was ordered to stop selling them (Buffalo appeal pending)
CSIRO would take on the others next (Netgear, Belkin, 3Com, Linksys, etc) :noes:
