I am very allergic to many many things and after 10 or so years of experimentation, I have a set of products that do well for me

For the face, I use these:

    For hair I use these:

    For body, I use this:

(This was the best pic I could find. I use the liquid. It's called Dr Bronner's Magic Soaps, the particular one is Liquid Castile Soap, and it's lavendar-scented)

    My favorite three colognes are:

    [IMG] Thierry Mugler, Angel Men

    [IMG] Givenchy Pi

    [IMG] Bulgari Aqua

    Your turn!

    Edit:

Forgot the deodorant! This is made of different salts. Basically it makes it so that bacteria can't grow on your skin. No mess on the clothes, no crusty stuff. Also, a bottle lasts about 5 years (I'm on #2).

    Edit 2:

Shave Cream, lavendar scented (yes, I love lavendar)

    Edit 3:

    for lips

I'm not sure if I feel butch or inadequate because I just use Irish Spring Soap on my body/face and a generic shampoo on what's left of my hair.

I have one cologne. (Jean Paul Gaultier)

I have one face cream for after I shave - Aveeno.

And a generic paste for what's left of my hair.

    and some speed stick deoderant.

FTW! I left my shampoo in Utah and picked up some of this when I got to town. I love it.

How much does that run you? I want to see how much I am getting raped by buying organic stuff in a tiny town.

yeah but you're using stuff designed for straight guys who are ALMOST metrosexual

so don't feel bad! thus far, I seem to have the gayest selection although kiren is pretty close.

Speaking of which, kiren, that haushka's stuff looks interesting - where do you get it? i've never heard of it

I've seen it go anywhere from $4 - $6. I get it from Trader Joe's (WHEN they have it, their one flaw). probably $4-ish, but definitely worth every penny

this thread got me all excited so i went to the store this morning and bought some bathroom stuff.

I purchased some cetaphil face wash - ive needed a good face wash and since its in this thread - it must be :) I just used it and I like it so far.

I also have a problem shaving - I have very sensitive skin and I have to use non-scented/no added anything shave gels or else my face (mainly neck) doesnt like it and gets irritated like no other. I found a great "Ultra Sensitive" Edge shave gel can - but I havent been able to find it since - and it ran out the other day! :noes:

I found a nuetrogena "razor defense" gel that has no added scents etc so I used that today - and my face feels great! with no irritation :wiggle:

I also got some eye cream to help with puffiness (that stuff is expensive) - and some head and shoulders to help with dry scalp :(

I forgot to post my shave cream! LOL

I used to break out. the problem is that they make the lubricant out of a caustic solution derived from lard. it burns me. I found that pretty much any of these 'natural' creams made from plant oils work well for me. I've just started using this since it lasts me about a year each bottle and works well.

get one thing a week rather than all at once

I find that high-quality products last for a very long time so if you keep it all on a rotation, you're never out of much money at any one time

the shampoo I probably buy the most, everything else is 1 - 2 times a year
