What kind of things have you guys done to your interfaces?

I'm running the Neon theme for ShapeShifter 1.2 and I have a customized boot images... Oh and thanks to the other thread, I am now using MenuItems because its pretty bad ass.

MenuMeters is the shit, I'm only running the network info one but it's cool.

The only interface hack that I've done is Whiteout (search: Whiteout OS X on google) that removes brushed metal from the finder, iChat, Calculator, and Safari. While some people like the 70s metal look, I like the original idea that brushed metal should only be used when the program interfaces with a connected piece of hardware (that's why iPhoto, iSync, and iTunes still retain their brushed metal look). Hell, Apple says that is the policy in their own HIG.
