    I had a mate with me that night, using a 5D Mk II and a F1.8 lens.....:bowdown: you should have seen the difference in exactly the same shot. Wit his you could see cliffs in the hills and the grass was green!

    great shot. I can say that I have been hanging out on my deck shooting the night sky for the last few days.

    Finally getting up to 20 images to stack. think i am getting my exposure and timing right. of course i am using a poorman's timer 2s delay from button press.
