:wtc: why do I keep spending money. Probably going to SBR it too.

Keesh, put the link here for those parts. Want to see if anyone on here knows where the rest of those parts for the SBS build can be had.

also, anyone know if you can do a minimum SBS build without doing a stamp? I thought I read somewhere you could make it 18".....? :dunno:

yes, you have to weld the hk diopter sights on.

btw, why are you converting your s12 to rifle caliber? :mamoru:

btw, if you're going to chop the barrel just go SBS route. i dont see the point in chopping an inch off a barrel.

18" is the minimum length for shotguns. I think a couple guys have had their S12s sent to Tromix for work.

Yeah, I'd probably only send it there for getting sights welded but I may throw a red dot on mine...In for Thunderbear to post pics of his.

fuck the sights. I'll just put a rail on and get some sights on that way. I just wanted to know about the collapsable stock and shortened barrel. I've got a guy who can probably do the cutoff and threading for the flash hider

The ACE side folders are pretty much drop in I think. Not sure on the threading but I'm sure it should be an easy job for any capable machinist.

I think the $50 for those trigger guards might be worth it, rather than machining new ones :dunno:

Thats exactly what I want. I'm not exactly worried about the price of 870's going up.
