Anybody else got one of these? It arrives monday for me.

It's bigger than what I currently need (F100, D80, 18-200mm, 50mm), but it will accomodate all I ever hope to get in the foreseeable future. I already bought a single camera bag that no longer cuts it now that I have two bodies. So I figured I'd go big. *shrug* :wiggle:

i had a slingshot 200 but sold it because my kit got too big. I know use an old school bag from the 70's. I'm looking at a vertex 200 now. The slingshot series was awesome, just not what I needed. They don't hold a lot of weight well on your body. Also, it tends to emphasize your man boobs.

    ^Haha, I'm 5'10" and 140. So I'm a lightweighter. =p

Anything bigger than the 300 would swallow me.

Im still deciding on which one to get :hs:

my gear = D70 (+batt grip), 18-200VR, 50mm, SB600, battery chargers and other cables, etc, and lots o memory.

possibly getting a D300 to replace the D70 + Sigma 10-20 in the near future so im thinking the 200 may get to small

When you get it would you measure the straps? I want to know if it would look ridiculous on my fat ass.

Naw - I had my gripped 30d, 24-105 f/4 IS L, 70-200 f/4 L, 50mm f/1.8, 18-55 kit, charger, small binoculars, lenshoods for my L lenses, and a 550ex flash in mine. IT was loaded down, but it all fit. Just not much fun to carry.

I got given a Tamrac Cyberpack 8 and a Lowepro Stealth Reporter 600 AW today. A few years old, but still in great shape. :fawk:
