Okay, so basically I have a text file that has 100+ entries with all of the correct information in the correct order. One entry per line. I was going to just write up a java program that connected to the database and did all of the insertions, but I was told by my ta that oracle has features that make this type of task much much easier. He said something about ODBC, but that just appears to be a driver for connectivity through VB and other programs. Has anyone tackled this kind of task before? If so can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.
