optimum polish, which pads?

    i just recieved my optimum polish from excel(thanks for the mf towel) i will be using a PC,what color pad should i use blue or green to remove small fine scratches. they are from excel. and the bottle says to use about 1500rpm sound a bit slow.

    this is for a 04 Mustang GT, dark grey

    1500 rpm is for rotary use, with a PC, I start off on 5 to spread the polish around then kick it up to 6 for 3-4 slow passes.

    Go with the green pad, the blue one is a finishing pad.

    At least green...If "it aint cuttin it" go with an orange....The green with Optimum Polish and a PC are really for very minor swirls. Take your time with it, Optimum will give you ample time to work with.
