Actually skip the Fuzion. Ive been testing on layering now for about a month and I will take OptiSeal over the Fuzion.

OptiSeal is now my #1 LSP. Fuzion is good but what I did not like was how quickly it lost its slickness and I found environmental fallout sticking to the paint where as OS it just slid off. It had a tacky feel almost.

Man, I'm going to have to get some more Opti-Seal. I forgot how fast it was to use and the look is wet. I have some left but I will be getting more now.

From what I've been reading, that might be overkill. Could be totally off-base here, but people are getting 3+ months of protection from Opti-Seal. I wouldn't waste the product.

Doesn't hurt to apply it after each wash, not sure if it (or any product for that matter) truly layers and film builds. I get 80+ applications per bottle, using it once a week on my own car, it would still take 1 1/2 years to go through 1 bottle.

This. Exactly. The paint looks awesome, very wet, consistently glossy.

Paulie is right, don't do the Fuzion, after a short time you'll feel like you have start all over. More products isn't always better.

    Again, great work. :bigthumb:

Fuzion is a good wax and you can top it with Opti-Seal after a day and a wash to add even more wetness and increase durability.

Yeah, so that's the point I was trying to make, don't leave it as the last layer, seal it.

    Uber-glossy goodness. FTW

So the Opti Seal you just spray on a Microfiber and wipe on the car and done? I may have to get some of that and the Polish and Finish, that would look great on my C230. I have to place an order soon, I'm running low on my Gel Wheel Cleaner.

Yea, the Opti-Seal is so easy that even a caveman can do it! I use a little yellow foam applicator to apply.

As soon as I posted that I got on Autogeek, I see the Opti-Seal comes with some of those foam applicators. I need to take a Saturday off work soon and get the PC back out.

One other question, with this product combo is there any need to add a wax step? Or does the sealer take care of the need for that?

Correct, a sealant or a wax is your protection.

The G35C looks ridiculous - I just ordered some Final Finish and Opti-Seal on the strength of the pics, and can't wait to try the combo out on the two black cars in the garage. :bigthumb:

    Also, nice RGRs.
