What is it? I find that when I work out in my basement, I start getting sleepy because it's cool down there, but when it's warm with a pinch of humidity my energy levels are a LOT higher.

if it's too cold just warm up first with some pushups and jumping jacks or something. I used to lift in my parents basement and it seriously helped a lot.

    Also, STFU and lift.

There was a guy in my highschool gym who "lifted for Jesus".

He'd scream to himself "DO THIS ONE FOR JESUS, ART! DO IT FOR JESUSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!"

    Pure fucking hilarity.

Big difference between laughing at John Bernor and Art Burgess

But yes, I would laugh at John Bernor....sorta the same way I laugh at Ronnie Coleman for his "Yeah Buddayyyyyy!!!!!!" and "Lightweight!!!"..............from a safe distance.
