optimal all night nutrition

    a lot of us are college students. im about to stay up all night. im not currently bulking or cutting, how do I lose the least amount of lbm while staying up all night?

    i think anytime the body is up beyond its normal time its hard on the body since we arent nocturnal creatures, but anyways people don't really gain or loose alot of weight throughout the night anyways. weight loss or gain is gradual and at a constant, i mean im sure u would do ur most growth while ur asleep but if ur staying awake at night im sure ur sleeping sometime during the day to make up for the loss of sleep that ur incuring from staying up at night. but if ur worried for some reason, u can always try eating, crazy thought isnt it

    yeah i know it kind of doesnt matter, and probably does no less harm than a night of drinking so im not gonna worry about it but it was just something i was wonderin

    i never have enough time to sleep. i got like 3 hours last night :sad2:

    :ugh: What the hell is wrong with you college students? :rofl: I at least get 7-8 hrs of sleep per night, and im a freshman! :ugh: Study, weight lift, sleep.

    here my schedule today.

    class first thing in the morning (9am is early as fuck)
    work until 4ish
    hit the gym
    night class until 8-9
    study
    try to relax/watch tv/have a few beers
    sleep at around 2-3am

    try to fit 5 meals plus some quality halo 2 time in there and i have a pretty busy day.

    Exactly, you're a freshman. Freshman level classes aren't as demanding. Some people also like to do more than study, lift, and sleep.

    Study lift sleep works for me, and I'm a junior. However, they are right. Freshman classes are a joke :p

    :mamoru: Still its important to get good grades your first year...i need to keep up...so my only active part of the day is walking to class and lifting

    ive done that before, it sucks ass. i've also learned that im completely worthless at that hour of the day. im not a morning person.

    i get plenty of sleep...but then again i only have class on tuesdays and thusdays...on school nights i get 5-6 hours :o
