I'm 6'2 202 lbs, bodyfat probably in the mid teens and im trying to bulk up until around easter. Anyway i've decided to give the stickied arnold routine a go and see how I like it, it seems like a solid routine.

Supps im taking are just basic
    Protein
    Creatine
    Fish Oils
    Multi V's

Any pointers on a clean bulking diet? I was thinking about something like..

    7:30am (pre workout)
Omlette 6 egg whites, 2 slices of cheese
    2 slices whole wheat toast
2 cups of white grape juice (creatine mix)

    9:30am (post workout)
protein shake (2 servings in milk)
    yogurt

    Noon
    8oz chicken breast
    bowl of mixed salad
    water

    3pm
    8oz chicken breast
    some fruit
    water

    6pm
2 cans of tuna on whole wheat bread
    juice or water

    9pm (last meal before bed)
protein shake (another 2 servings, with milk)
    yogurt

Decent start? I could also throw in another meal and eat whatever my family cooked for dinner also for some more cals if im not seeing any gains.

Again this is the first diet i've constructed myself, any info is helpful
