I have the SE model and so far no complaints... I'm not too sure of the differences between them though.

It's been a real good board so far, I'm running it with a P4 3.0 Prescott, and 1G of Corsair DDR and it's doing great. Only thing I noticed, which actually hasn't caused a problem was it searching for a bios for some SATA program and not being able to find it but like I said it doesn't seem to affect anything.

it doesn't matter... it can lead to stability problems... You're better off either disabling it in bios (recommended) or installing the driver.

what other drivers did you not install? You installed your chipset INF update, right?
