hey im trying to build a new website that doesnt use any java script, but will have pulldown menus and mouse-over info boxes that pop up over certain icons. so anyway i started doing it in css but it got to be a little too difficult for me (im not really a computer fan). i ran across an app called sitegrinder 2 where u can just make a page in photoshop and it will automatically convert it into css/html for u. its much more comprehensive than the photoshop "slice"/export to html function.

is this thing worth shelling out $ for? or is there a better alternative? thanks in advance!

Same reason there is a delay in the windows start menu. It helps with less than exact mouse movements. In other words, if you slightly point off the menu for a split second it doesn't vanish. Also so that as you move your mouse across a few and they don't pop out in the way of want you want even though the mouse was only there for 100 miliseconds.
