    I've been making a new gym schedule and I'm just wondering on your opinions.

    Monday: Lower body:
    Squat: 10x60% of max, 8x70% of max, 6x80% of max
    Dead Lift: 10x60% of max 8x70% of max, 6x80% of max
    Leg Curls 12, 10, 8
    Lunges, 12, 10, 8
    Calf Press 12, 10, 8

    Tuesday: Break

    Wednsday: Upper Body
    Bench 10x60% of max, 8x70% of max, 6x80% of max
    Incline Press: 10x60% of max 8x70% of max, 6x80% of max
    Curls: 12, 10, 8
    Shrugs: 12, 10, 8
    Tricep Press: 12, 10, 8

    Thursday: Lower body
    Same as Monday

    Friday: Circuit
    With some lower, and upper body mixed in.

    Saturday: Break
    Sunday: Break
