opinions on Kashi cereals?

    I've been eating the Go Lean Crunch cereal lately because I'm too lazy to make eggs in the morning. 9 g of protein and 8 g of fiber per serving isn't too bad.

    I eat Kashi Go Lean every morning. 13g of protein before the 9g of skim milk I pour into it.

    Just know that it's soy protein that makes them high protein, and they're still pretty high in carbs/calories.
