most people think that it's pretty solid, though most of the "trainees" of his are idiots.

its solid....he is an annoying internet asshole....it is an adaptation of the low volume higher frequency method that a few famous bb'ers have used. I like the approach to hypertrophy, I have seen it work for many people first hand.

From what I've read and seen its pretty good, just not my preferred style of training. I wouldn't do it because I'd hate the workouts.

yea i think i will respond better to the lower volume yet higher frequency of the workouts except for my legs. i really have to blast myself on squats to get any growth.

Do you think the fascia stretching is as important as DC makes it?

Yes and no, who knows really? Extreme stretching is not a bad idea, but then again no real studies with the right group of subjects have been done. I stretch pretty religously, but I do it for different reasons.
