Anyone used it or have any thoughts about it?

I just started a different routine, but I think in a few months I might try D.C. out.

Yeah, I was interested in it because of that training video

He was at Detroit Barbell one of the days when I still lifted there. He's fucking massive and strong as hell.

What kind of strength and size gains did you have, how long did you do it, did you have a workout partner, and did you follow the program exactly as it's laid out?

i tried doing a somewhat modified version of it years ago and got normal gains. if you want best results though, you should hire the guy and have him work with you directly

I think I'll pass on paying for someone to coach me via the internet. I'm sure he's great at what he does, but I wouldn't be able to justify it.

Followed it as closely as I could. Made some very minor adjustments to rep ranges that work better for me. After a 4 week blast, I was pressing about 40-50lbs more for the same number of reps, squatting 60-70 lbs more. But, this was right before I came down with a bad infection and lost all the size and strength and some.

IMO, it's a great program for a natural trainer. But, it has a higher risk of injury.

Also, if you are really gonna do it, stick to his diet info. I was downing 400g protein a day, unlimited carbs before 5pm, no carbs after 5 pm, am cardio, green tea, etc, etc. At peak, I was up around 210lbs with no visible increase in bf. My body took a beating though and I was quite literally a furnace. The cruise weeks are very necessary.

insane everything, some of his suggestions were retarded, like wash your beef and other things. Ceaze knows alot about it. I have trouble listening to someone whos been 15+% his whole life and uses mega doses and still looks like shit. His training is nothing but injury central too. It works for some people though, cant deny it.

I'm not sure if he's ever competed, at least I've never heard it. I know he still uses his 10 year old lat picture everywhere. Though I do agree, he has some crazy ideas and his trainees are like cult members.

Really? I thought I read that the reason he wasn't doing it right now for his contest prep was because his workout partner was moving to Texas. I can definitely see the logic behind not doing it while dieting though.

Sorry to bump this thread, but does anyone have any more opinions/experience with this style of training and dieting? I can't imagine getting leaner eating 400g of protein and unlimited carbs before 5 pm.

Ceaze, gogzilla, christophers, maine, timberwolf, cavefish, etc. I would say pur, but I know he despises it already.

Dante's new avatar is an arm shot. I don't know how recent the pic is though.
