opinions on cross fit

    Basically high rep compound movements, circuit training, plyometrics, and lots of variation. I think the idea is that you develop more usable strength and coordination. You won't have huge bi's but you can probably move faster and have more core strength.

    depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your training

    its actually really good for a generic program

    id definitely say that its what almost all girls working out should be doing instead of their usual weak bullshit in the gym. if you want a lean 300esque type physic its almost all circuit training. strength wise no, hypertrophy wise not great either but itll burn mad calories

    there's a guy at my gym who does crossfit just about every time i'm there... it looks like a great workout, and the dude has a pretty nice physique as well, but of course lacks hugeness.
