I'm in the market for a new 4 channel amp, but I'm looking for @ least 50x4 RMS @ 4 ohm and the amp can't be any longer or wider, depending how you look at it than 12.5" and I'm not looking to spend more than $200. I have found some nice looking audiobahn amps that meet my criteria and I was wondering if these amps are any good. I'm looking for a high quality good sounding amp, but I'm on a budget. I just bought a new HiFonics Brutus BX1000D amp for my sub, and I would love to have a matching amp, but I don't know about the sound quality of those amps for my JL Audio XR series components, I think a better amp would give me much better sq. If someone can reccommend something else I'm always open to suggestions, provided that it meets the above posted criteria.

go with the hifonics, there is no such thing as a SQ amp, unless ur dealing with tube amps of some sort, a watts a watt, some amps have better features like a better crossover or a subsonic filter, good quality amps will be underrated in power while cheapo ones will be overrated, some have better build quality, look fancy, have the big name etc.
so if the hifonics meets ur criteria then buy that, cant go wrong.

I'm glad we all agree, but those amps won't fit, I can't have an amp longer than 13"lx11"w, and it needs to be 4ch. Can someone suggest something else?
