Sure. Egg is the most bioavailable protein out there IIRC

Taste like garbage probably, and whey is sooo available, doesn't make sense to switch.

have fun getting food poisening for 7 grams of protein yipee

THe average american and bodybuider get 2x the amount of protein the need anyways so what is the POINT?

Even if you are a body builder take your weight divided by 2.2 and that is how many grams of protein you need a day no more! People who think they needs tons of protein are going to get kidney damage because your kidney filters out the excess. If you eat meat then you don't need protein supplements really. BUT if you want to waste your money go for it meat heads.

Still, cooking it makes a huge difference in bioavailability. I think it's like 55 vs 95%.
